The Citizens for Peace is a nonprofit group focused on inner peace, education, and working for a Department of Peace and Nonviolence in the Federal Government. Since our first meeting, Nov. 11, 2003, we have held monthly meetings the second Tuesday of each month at Unity of Livonia at 7 pm.
Our donation of a large Peace Collection of books to the Livonia Civic Center Library is available to the entire Library Network.
The updated MI Department of Peace Political Action Guide is now available! It includes a large networking portion, information on contacting our elected representatives in MI and DC, and suggestions on how we can make a difference.
